Help us keep Totally Qualified useful and trustworthy. If a job looks fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory or otherwise violates our Job Posting Policy, report it using the form below. You do not need an employer account.
How to report
- Enter Report a Job in the subject field.
- Paste the full job URL into your message. If the page is no longer available, include its title and company name.
- Explain the concern: suspected scam, impersonation, candidate fees, misleading information, unlawful discrimination, phishing, spam or another policy violation. Include relevant dates and specific facts.
- Provide an email address where we can contact you if clarification is needed, then select Send message.
You may use “Reporter” as your name if you prefer. We use the name and email for handling your message; they are not published with the job. Do not include passwords, government IDs, financial account numbers, applicant records or unnecessary information about other people. Do not open a suspicious link just to collect evidence.
What happens next
Your report is sent to the Totally Qualified administrative mailbox. Our team reviews the information and may request clarification, investigate the listing, contact the poster, restrict access or remove it. A submitted report is not itself a finding of wrongdoing. We cannot promise a specific response time or disclose private account or investigation details.
Reports are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish your report or contact details, but cannot promise absolute confidentiality where information is needed for investigation or must be disclosed by law. Please report honestly and do not use this process to harass another person or business.
